Endurance Sports Coaching


One10 Performance is an endurance coaching resource for athletes of all ages and abilities. We offer in-person and virtual coaching for multisport athletes as well as single sport endurance athletes.

With over 25 years of coaching experience and 16 years in the sport of triathlon, Head Coach Jen Mathe combines her education in Exercise Physiology and Sport Performance with years of personal experience to offer a program designed to meet your individual needs and goals. Our coaching plans are science-based while keeping the unique differences of each athlete in mind. Whether you are a novice or elite athlete, or somewhere in between, we can help you find new limits and reach your athletic potential.

Basic Coaching Package

Monthly semi-custom training plan geared towards your next A race. This training plan is based on fitness and skill level in each of the three sports as determined by questionnaire and/ or field testing.

This package Includes:

  • Custom training plan delivered every 2-4 weeks
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Monthly phone communication
  • Annual Goal Setting & Season Planning Meeting – In-Person or Video Call
  • Annual Training Plan (with full-year commitment)
  • Training zones
  • Monthly training progress analysis
  • Individual workout evaluation for benchmark workouts
  • Goal setting and race planning
  • Local group workouts

Premium Coaching Package*

Weekly custom training plan based on both short and long-term goals.


This package includes:

  • Custom training plan delivered weekly
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Monthly + (up to weekly) phone communication
  • In-person meetings up to once a quarter (local)
  • Annual Training Plan
  • Training zones
  • Weekly training progress analysis
  • Individual workout evaluation for benchmark + key workouts
  • Goal setting and race planning
  • Local group workouts

*Minimum 6-month contract.

Elite Coaching Package**

This coaching package is designed to meet the needs of the elite athlete. Together we will decide what services to include in order to help you reach your goals.

Services may include:

  • Delivered weekly (or as needed)
  • Unlimited email communication
  • Unlimited phone communication
  • In-person meetings as needed (local)
  • Annal training plan
  • Training zones
  • Daily training progress analysis
  • Individual workout evaluation for all completed workouts
  • Goal setting and race planning
  • Local group workouts

**Elite coaching package may also include other services (such as video analysis, private training sessions, nutrition counseling, mental counseling, etc.) as needed and decided upon by the coach and athlete. Cost is variable and will be agreed up by athlete and coach before the start of the season. This option is only available to select athletes. Private Coaching Sessions

We offer private coaching for any sport to work on an individual skill, fitness, strategy, etc.

Video Analysis

Our video analysis session consists of two sessions. The first session to capture the video (or you may send in a video to be evaluated- please contact us for specifics on how to shoot your video) and the second session to discuss the evaluation and action plan. Sessions may be done in person or video call. Availability varies. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
