I went from a couch potato to running about 5k (and ENJOYING IT) in about three months thanks to Jen. I've taken two three month classes from One10 Performance and have had amazing results from each class. The work that Josh and Jen do with you is effective, fun and a great value. I used to go to the gym on my own and workout regularly but I never was able to break through those plateaus on my own. After receiving GREAT triathlon training from both Jen and Julie I signed up for the 21 day rapid weight loss program....WOW.. I followed the meal plans provided by Josh. The meals were healthy and easy to make. The weight started to drop...and drop fast!. There were no gimmicks here.. nothing "as seen on TV"... no trendy drinks or shakes.  The meal program was just real food, at the right time, in the right portion. This 21 day plan wasn't just about losing weight.  Which I did. I lost 13 pounds in 21 days!!!  ..but that's not the best part. My relationship with food changed.
