This Yoga-based training session incorporates poses designed to strengthen your core, improve postural alignment, and decrease muscular imbalances to decrease the risk of injury. Yoga practice is an excellent complement to your training: enhancing concentration, relaxation, and recovery. Although this class focuses on the specific needs of athletes, it is appropriate for anyone wishing to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. The focus of this class will change throughout the year to complement the multisport athlete’s training/competition season.
