Our Saturday morning coached run session usually takes place as a track workout. However, we will occasionally hit the trails and/or hills. Also, workouts for triathletes may include bike/run repeats on the track during part of the season. Contact coach Jen for specifics on location and type of workout for each week. (This workout is included in any Team One10 Coaching plans or as part of our Track Only Membership.)
